About Us

Behind every bottle, every glass, every sip is the effort put forth by our family, to you. What started as a small idea and remarkable opportunity, has grown to what you see today. Come join us for a glass!

The family’s first foray into the wine world was through Island Cuvée - a line of Hawaiian themed sparkling wine. The brand was marketed mainly in Hawaii and picked up by a distributor and sold throughout the Hawaiian Islands for a short time.

2013

In 2013 the family had the remarkable opportunity to purchase an established vineyard - the property that would later become the first tasting room - and further dive into the local wine industry. They wound down the Island Cuvée line and began learning a whole different side of the business. With a few acres of decades-old vines, the family jumped into making wine in anticipation of opening the tasting room.

Any good winemaker will tell you,

“Great wine starts in the vineyard.”

So, in 2014 Jordan went off to college to learn Viticulture - the science of grape growing.

He was accepted into the CSU Fresno Viticulture program where he took classes like soils & water, entomology, wine/raisin/table grape growing, winery management and plant biology. He graduated in 2019 and returned home with his bachelors degree (and a fiancée).

In early 2022, the family broke ground for Jordan Parker Winery, marking the beginning of our exciting journey into the heart of the local wine country scene.

Construction commenced on the first phase of the project, which includes a welcoming tasting room, a modest barrel room, and ample outdoor seating designed to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.

This initial phase lays a strong foundation for future developments, with two additional phases planned, each focused on enhancing hospitality and creating the best experience possible for all our wine club members.

Phase 2 Coming Soon!
