Jordan Parker Wine Club

A minimum of two bottles must be purchased to initiate your wine club membership.

**1. Age Verification**

- You must be at least 21 years of age to join the Wine Club.

- An adult signature (21 years or older) is required for deliveries.

**2. Payment Policy**

- We automatically bill your credit card on file for quarterly wine shipments.

- The price fluctuates and depends on the discounted cost of bottles plus applicable tax and shipping charges (if applicable).

- If your payment details change, your credit card provider may provide us with updated card details. We may use these new details for your future shipments to prevent any interruption to your membership.

**3. Cancellation Policy**

-The minimum commitment period for the wine club is 1 year or 4 shipments - not including your first day pickup.

-If a club member requests to cancel before receiving the minimum number of club shipments (1 year or 4 shipments) , a $50 early cancelation fee will be charged as well as the balance of all wine and shipping discounts received as a benefit of club membership.

-Memberships may be canceled with a 30 day written notice prior to the next shipment date.

**4. Force Majeure**

- We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

**7. Wine Availability**

- Wine availability is subject to change, and certain wines may not be available at all times.

**8. Wine Club Membership Sharing**

- For the protection of your personal information, wine club memberships may only be shared between spouses and both persons must share the same address.

**9. Shipping and Delivery**

-Any wine club shipments not picked up after 60 days will be shipped at the standard rate.

-To avoid delays and additional shipping and re-routing costs, it is the member's obligation to notify the winery promptly of any credit card or address changes before scheduled shipments.

-A daytime address with an adult 21 years of age or older available to sign for the delivery is required. No P.O. boxes are accepted.

Orpheum Society Terms & Conditions

Membership Commitment
Membership in the Orpheum Society requires a minimum 6-month commitment. This minimum commitment period allows us to offer quality discounts and benefits for our members.

Early Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your membership before the 6-month period ends, a $50 early opt-out fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us maintain the high level of service and perks we provide.

Unused Credits
Any unused credits or benefits are non-refundable. However, you may still apply these credits toward purchases at regular retail pricing after your membership ends.

Wine and Product Availability
Wine and other product availability are subject to change based on availability and seasonal offerings. We aim to keep our member experience generous and unique, while ensuring our small, independent winery remains sustainable.

Billing & Payment
Membership fees are automatically billed based on the plan you selected. It is your responsibility to keep your payment information up to date.

Membership will persist until a member requests to cancel - any cancelations after the 6 month commitment period are not subject to cancelation fees, but funds are not refunded. See Unused Credit section above.

We will keep you informed of updates, events, and special offers via email. By joining, you agree to receive these communications, which you can opt out of at any time (though you may miss out on exclusive updates).
